SCHEDULED KELOWNA PICKUPS ARE ON PAUSE

Kelowna Pickup/Delivery for furniture may be available on a case by case basis if you’re open to flexible scheduling. Please email coldstreamcollective@gmail.com to enquire.

COLDSTREAM PICKUP

Free local pickup is available from my location in Coldstream, BC.

I am located by Coldstream Elementary School.

Please select ‘Local Pickup’ at checkout and email coldstreamcollective@gmail.com to arrange a pickup time and for pickup address.

All items must be picked up within 7 business days.

Orders not picked up within 7 business days will be subject to storage fees based on order size. $5 min for small bag orders per week. $20 min per week for furniture. Storage will be possible for a maximum of 30 days unless alternative arrangements are made. Orders after that will be considered forfeit. Orders with unpaid fees will be considered forfeit after 7 days of storage fees beginning.

Forfeit orders will be re-listed or donated without refund as we have limited storage space.

DELIVERY

FOR LARGE FURNITURE ORDERS DELIVERY ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS

Delivery is available for Vernon, Coldstream, Kelowna, Lake Country, and West Kelowna for a fee based on item size and delivery location.

Refunds will not be issued for orders made that are not willing to pay the delivery quote after purchase.
